Help shape a modern execution platform UI. You’ll design clean workflows across tasks, Kanban, reporting, AI assist, and knowledge views with a focus on clarity, consistency, and trust.

Responsibilities
• Design UI patterns for workflows, navigation, and dashboards
• Improve consistency across components (spacing, typography, interaction rules)
• Create usable design artifacts and handoff guidance (Figma or equivalent)
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ship practical improvements fast
Requirements
• Strong product UI design skills with modern enterprise taste
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear interfaces
• Strong communication and iteration habits
Nice to have
• Dashboard/report UI experience
• Familiarity with execution tools (Notion/Asana/Trello) and their limitations
What success looks like (30–60 days)
• Noticeably cleaner, more consistent UX across key screens
• Better onboarding clarity and reduced user confusion
• Reusable patterns that speed up design and development
