  • Account info: name, email, authentication details, and workspace membership.
  • Workspace content: projects, tasks, comments, progress updates, and uploads you provide.
  • Usage and device data: basic logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, key actions) for security and reliability.
  • Payments: subscription checkout is handled by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We receive confirmation and limited billing metadata (plan/status), not full card details.

What we avoid collecting

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not request sensitive personal categories unless you voluntarily include them in workspace content.
  • We do not store full payment card numbers; payments are processed by the payment provider.
If you put sensitive information inside tasks or uploads, it becomes part of your workspace content. Share thoughtfully.

How we use data

  • Provide the product: authentication, workspaces, projects, tasks, and notifications.
  • Maintain reliability: monitor uptime, troubleshoot errors, and improve performance.
  • Protect the platform: detect abuse, prevent fraud, and investigate security incidents.
  • Account and billing: manage subscriptions, invoices, and access levels.
  • Communicate with you: transactional emails (password resets, billing, security notices).

When we share data

We share data only when needed to operate the service:

  • Infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and backups.
  • Payment providers for subscription checkout and billing.
  • Email delivery providers to send transactional messages.
  • Legal or safety requests when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

Velrin Services (velrinservices.com) may offer cybersecurity services in the future. If those services introduce additional data processing, we’ll update this policy and/or publish a service-specific notice before collection begins.

  • Access controls with role-based permissions at the workspace level.
  • Operational monitoring to detect outages and abnormal behavior.
  • Restricted administrative access to production systems.
  • Backups to support recovery after failures.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you found a vulnerability, report it so we can respond quickly.
Data retention How long we keep information
  • Account and workspace content is retained while your account is active.
  • Security and reliability logs may be retained for a limited period to investigate incidents and maintain integrity.
  • When you request deletion, we remove or anonymize data unless we must keep it for legal, security, or billing obligations.

  • Request access to the personal data we have about you.

  • Workspace owners can manage membership and role permissions.
